Right now we are living in a world of separation, children are suffering, people feel hopeless, our water, soil and air are being polluted affecting our ability to survive, our media sensationalizes fear and our leadership continues to value profit and growth over life. 

We want to live in a world where we are supported to heal trauma, where children, plants and animals are safe and we have the ability to make different choices to work together to restore our planet so life can thrive. 

We see the transformative power of love as the way to make to make this shift. Love is a unifying force for good that is available to everyone. Coming into connection with loving ourselves enables us to shift our behaviors, choose how we react with our environment and collaborate for the greater good to begin the process of restoration.

We have developed a series of transformational offerings including online courses, workshops, retreats, grant programs, installations and immersive experiences that are designed to create deeper connections to ourselves, each other and planet and give us the tools and resources to live and lead from love. We have come to the conclusion that the most impactful way we can serve at this pivotal time is to tell a different story that invites the world into connection.

In 2020 Upward Spirals is filming the doc series “Rise of the Heartist” which is strategically empowering the brightest hearts, minds, and souls on this planet to share their stories, giving us the tools and resources we need to live and lead from love and to inspire us to engage with the world around us in a new way to radically shift the story for our species.
